Digital products are available for download immediately after payment is successfully completed. A download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly.
Digital products are for personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, or used commercially without written permission. If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
Refund Policy
For orders shipped within Türkiye, standard consumer protection and return regulations apply.
For international orders, refunds are available only if the product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is delivered. Photographic evidence must be provided when requesting a refund. International customers are not required to return damaged or incorrect products.
Due to their nature, digital products cannot be returned or refunded after they have been downloaded or accessed, except when the file is defective or cannot be accessed because of a technical problem caused by us. Please contact us if you experience any issues with your order.
